Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and kenn.pro for using your account and the apps on the network. By signing in, you accept them.

1. Acceptance

By creating a kenn.pro account or using any app on the network, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to use the network.

2. Your account

One account, created through a third-party sign-in (Google, Discord, GitHub, Steam or Patreon), gives you access to the apps on the network. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your linked sign-in providers secure. We may show you, and let you revoke, the devices and sessions on your account.

3. Membership (kenn.plus)

Some features require a paid "kenn.plus" membership, which may be provided through Patreon or granted manually. Billing, renewals and cancellations for Patreon memberships are handled by Patreon under their terms. Membership benefits may change over time. Except where the law requires otherwise, membership fees are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law, infringe others' rights, or harass, abuse or harm other people;
  • upload or share content that is illegal, malicious, or that you don't have the right to share;
  • attempt to access other users' data, accounts or messages;
  • probe, disrupt, overload or circumvent the security of the network;
  • use the service to send spam or to scrape or harvest data;
  • misuse the AI or developer tools to generate illegal or harmful content.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload (messages, projects, files, and similar). You're responsible for it, and you confirm you have the rights to it. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content in order to operate the relevant feature for you. We may remove content or suspend access that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms or the law.

6. Game data and the clips app

To use the CS2 clips app you provide a Steam account, a CS2 Game Authentication Code and match share codes. You confirm the account is yours (or that you're authorised to use it) and you authorise us to use those codes to discover, download and process your matches and generate highlights. You're responsible for complying with Valve's and Steam's terms. Keep your authentication code confidential.

Sharing matches and clips with other people is a core feature of the app. You can link and share the highlights you generate — for example with your kenn.pro friends or anyone you send a link to — and you understand that the people you share with will be able to view those clips and the match details they contain. Only share matches you're comfortable sharing, and use the in-app privacy controls to limit who can see your activity.

7. AI features

Our AI assistant and developer tools use automated models that can be wrong, incomplete or unexpected. Output is provided "as is" — don't rely on it for professional, legal, medical, financial or safety decisions, and review anything important before acting on it. Your inputs may be sent to third-party model providers as described in the Privacy Policy. You're responsible for how you use any output.

8. Intellectual property

The network's software, design and branding belong to us. These Terms don't transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the service as intended.

9. Suspension & termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or the law, or to protect the network or its users. Some provisions (ownership, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.

10. Disclaimers

The service is a personal project, provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own backups of anything important.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or lost profits arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

12. Changes

We may change the service or these Terms. We'll update the "updated" date above and, for significant changes, give notice. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
